Played this and really loved it!

Awesome scary prototype! I played on GTX1650 (4GB).

This was amazing, cannot wait for the finish version!

Wow, just Wow...can't await the full version of that game <3

5/5. Very good game!

Thank you for the very thorough playthrough and for the kind words. You only missed a couple of the things we did for the demo. The most thorough gameplay video so far, we’re impressed!

That was awesome. Scary and atmosphere. Please make the final game, can`t wait to play it!

Glad to hear you liked it! Thank you!

it
it was good game  ! i can't wait for full version <3

That slip at the 3:10 was pretty close! That climbing spot at 14:28 wasn’t intentional. Great find! Definitely something to improve in our end. Thanks for making a playthrough and your comments!

Great game, the outdoors really scare me so this demo is one of the scarier ones for me.  Great work, enjoyed it a lot.

Thanks for the comments! Glad to hear you liked it.

You had some major dexterity at 15:39. That spot wasn’t intentionally climbable. You were able to escape the play area! There is more content to see there if you ever feel more like giving it another go. We definitely need to adjust some of the climbable surfaces in the future, haha.

this game is good, atmosphere is suspense, the story is good, can't way for the full version

Thanks for playing and for the gameplay video! Got some good scares with the crows, I see! Glad to hear you liked it!

I really liked the story and the gameplay for this! My only suggestion is fixing the voice acting. I honestly can't tell if it's AI or not, but the lack of urgency made the scenes feel bland. Other than that, I would love to play the full game when it's out! 4/5

Thank you for the feedback and video! There could be some improvements made to the voice acting! Your reaction to Alina’s skirt is golden at 10:56, haha! There indeed was a page before the one you picked. It was after you climbed down from the cave to the forested area and continued towards the path that had two blocked pathways.

This was awesome and has SO MUCH potential! I did run into quite a few bugs, but for me the promise the story and visuals show more than outweighed those. I am absolutely RABID for a continuation of this story and more information about what is happening here. Also what happened to Tomas? I know they heard a struggle at night, but I'm not sure if he's in that flipped kayak--and if he is, how we're supposed to be able to get to him.

Sorry if my feedback is a little uh.... too thorough lol. Just keep in mind that I LOVED playing this.

Bugs/Suggestions:

- When trying to hop/climb up the rockface, several times I ended up falling through the mountain and ended up in a cave.

- Sometimes it's not clear where we should be jumping/climbing and how to do so. I ended up just bunny-hopping wherever I could but I doubt that's what I'm supposed to do. Integrating something like a piece of cloth or specially colored plant where we're supposed to climb would be helpful for people like me who see an interactable rock and want to see if there are secrets!

- If you fall into the river, it's really difficult to get out, and while there seems to be a breath mechanic, we don't seem to be able to swim. I came VEEEERY close to dying.

- If we don't have the freedom to rock climb everywhere, you may want to remove the icon change that indicates that you can interact with a rock and try to climb it. That's how I ended up phasing through the world several of the times I did so.

The best parts IMO:

- The monster looking down at us from the ridge. That thing scared the bejeebers out of me several times, because I didn't see it until it moved. That was AWESOME.

- The story. Oh my god the story. I need to know what is happening!!

- The visuals. WOW are they breathtaking.

- The voice acting. I can't tell if it's AI or not--personally I'm not a fan of AI voice acting, but since I can't even tell with this one, I'm going to assume it's a real person lol. I'm only unsure because it was actually really good at setting the mood and I'm not used to indie game voice acting being that good. (I really hope it isn't AI)

- It really rewards exploration, which my treasure-seeking little gremlin heart LOVES. This is pretty open for a walking simulator honestly--I don't know if I'd call it that.

- The mystery! What happened to our sister!? What happened to Tomas!? Sooooo many questions that I can't wait to find out the answers to.

From the videos we’ve seen you seem to have some kind of glowy bug. I guess your playthrough got the extra sparkle, hah! The feedback is great! It’s great to read about things written with some depth to it! There are multiple good points throughout.

Climbing could benefit from improved UX/UI work and some graphic adjustments in the future. The pointer in the middle of the screen should tell what is climbable and what is not - when you can climb the pointer turns into an upwards arrow - there were a couple of places where it was bugged in the video though.

I think the stuttering you’re facing was connected most likely to our audio being loaded. It is something that could be improved too. Your midnight swim was a pretty rough one - too bad Alina was not able to swim (at least not just yet).

Thanks for the gameplay video, comments and your thoughts!

My playthroughs bring all the bugs to the yard, I guess? Yay lol.

Glad the exhaustive lists are helpful--I finished writing it and had the thought that my professors would be proud because it's essentially a mini essay. I'm really interested to see what you guys do with this in the future!!!

I don't think it's in the video but I DID see an up arrow a couple of times. However when I climbed to like the first point, there wouldn't be an obvious second point to continue without looking around, and that would make me stand up and send me through the wall of the world or falling down the cliffside. Which was also fun and interesting in its own way. Bunny hopping away from my watery grave was funny in retrospect.

This was absolutely great, loved every second of it. Keep up the great work, I hope you expand on this!

We didn’t state where the game setting is located but it is actually set in the Nordics - Finland to be specific (with some artistic freedoms though!). Glad to hear that you enjoyed it so much and especially the visuals! Your guess about Erik was pretty funny at the 7:49 mark in the video... Thank you for playing our demo!

Thank you for the kind words! Thrilled to see you so excited about our game!

We’re not currently doing localization, but it is something that should be done for the full release at least if we get there! How did you make the translation so fast? That is impressive!

Battery duration is something we talked quite a bit about and also the placement of the batteries and their count. Maybe it is something we can think more about in the future as well.

Hay unos tutoriales en youtube que si el juego esta desarrollado con UNITY muchos de esos juegos se pueden traducir, un saludo

Great atmosphere and scripting, I love what you have done so far, and can't wait for the full release! Thanks for sharing this with the community! Here is my playthrough

Yes… Alina’s choice of clothing is.. well.. Interesting at least. Some more fitting clothes probably would be more beneficial for her.

You’re one of the few who got over our first obstacle that stops Alina. There was a small jump sequence intended to get around it, but you found another way to continue. The cliff around 7:15 wasn’t the intentional route, but it works as well - only the writing does not connect as clearly after going around there, but these are easily adjusted.

Thank you for the video and comments

I enjoyed it, very nice work so far.

Great gameplay video, well appreciated! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed it! It was fun to see how close you got to a secret location around the 7:30 mark, but you decided to steer away. Stepping on the campfire was also a funny bit.

Hello, if you are planning on adding translation to your game, i would like to help with Turkish!

Thank you for the kind offer! At this stage we’re not doing localization, but we will keep this in mind!

Cool game!

It was nice to hear you offer some kind and encouraging words for Alina at the beginning, haha. I see that you also got challenged by our invisible wall to block your attempt to get over to the cliff near the jump sequence before the camp.

There’s also a bug with the battery UI it seems. The UI does not reflect the correct amount you have in your inventory after reloading a save. Thank you!
